The Trust awarded £1600 to allow 16 young disabled people many of whom had not previously been on holiday or had left the UK to enjoy a Ski holiday in Italy.
The young people selected participated in pre-ski activities such as lessons at ski Rossendale, group activities and learn some basic Italian language.
The requirements for nomination by young peoples services was that they must reside in Blackburn & Darwen and attendance and behaviour at school and at home must be very good.
